Description
La synchronisation dans les systèmes numériques est la clé pour transporter et convertir fidèlement le contenu audio numérique. Pourquoi ça? Imaginons qu'une puce de convertisseur numérique-analogique soit alimentée à partir d'une horloge contenant un niveau élevé de bruit de phase, autrement connu sous le nom de "jitter" dans le domaine temporel. Au lieu d'être uniformément espacées dans le temps, les informations audio numériques converties dans le domaine analogique sont réparties au hasard autour du moment idéal, ce qui introduit des artefacts indésirables. Plus la source d'horloge est bonne, plus le bruit de phase est faible, plus la conversion est précise. Un oscillateur commandé par le four (OMXO) de 10 MHz à très faible bruit de phase, forme le coeur du premier générateur d'horloge de CH Precision.
